Reporting to: solid line to Plant Manager, dotted line to HRD

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
& F  h' g+ v% j* V* Q- In Charge of all HR Functions in ShaoXing Plant and Shanghai Branch office, working closely with Plant Manager/ HRD (Italian) to strategically set the tone for the culture of the China sites’ facility and resolves various Human Resource issues:
6 L: O  d, B3 r" Y! [( H1 g- Manage HR Planning and Recruiting, Interview and Selecting of employee to fill vacant positions utilizing the most cost effective methods  {2 x4 u3 O: o* [8 A
- Develop, coordinate and roll out appropriate training and development programs
" a# c% k5 @/ w9 Q1 E  b- D- Develop and implement a performance management process and work with Managers on resolving performance, staffing and training issues./ O) J# L( N! T$ \( {2 B
- Responsible for Compensation and Pay structure, administer all salary and benefit programs, ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations.
6 M$ r4 |5 K3 y* Y2 {5 O/ C- Complete special projects/ Admin Jobs as assigned by General Manager.4 K1 j' q  b1 \" f( l! \7 T
- Staffing and Labour Relation, Improve the communication between management and employees# t+ g8 d% l2 p" f; Z3 j# G
-In charge of Recruitment and staffing information of Shanghai Branch office
- D+ i4 j: M  P& ?  W* a2 k  n-Submit HR related reports on a timely basis to Plant Manager and Italy HRD as required.
- k6 l+ K! q3 k* u8 y' Y+ d% o- Provide Professional HR support and value-added consultation to top management on daily business operations; G- m6 h6 H" P! w

: T. y5 Q+ a# `' M# UQualifications / Requirements:
* j* }' F; c% C* H2 x( v# o8 K
* n5 y' Z# k% e( r  a- B.S. / B.A. with minimum of 5 years of progressive human resource management experience. * _4 G7 r7 L8 l9 n' v8 p! E
- Knowledge of Chinese Labor Law, local regulations regarding employment issues and related matters
1 u/ S7 A2 W) L  B4 f& Q- Strong in resolving conflicts and handle multiple, ever-changing priorities in a fast paced environment. N# S4 |: A; Y. }$ @* p/ T9 u
- Structured, analytical way of working motivated and committed personality with teamwork, initiative, enforcement capacity, problem solving and routine use in the international environment.
