Responsibilities: # R& _- R1 r; ?+ R# S1 k
• Providing recruiting administration and coordination in support of a group of in house recruiters;
& {- j' {! Z& F% J ?• Responsible for CV searching, CV screening, phone screening of candidates;
( ^/ \! i# t4 I% Y• Arranges interviews for relevant parties and follow up administrative details, prepares presentations as needed;
3 Q r: o* F% b7 \! S• Participates in pre-employment background check and the on-board process for new hires, such as produce employment contracts, create employee files and maintain employee checklists with 100% accuracy;
4 H- k/ {4 b3 N• Conducts related research; performs analyses and summarizes data to facilitate interpretation or to highlight key aspects/trends;
; M" x6 h+ Z- d: _* H; o• Completes special projects as required and provides back up to other recruitment team members as needed.

• College or bachelor degree above;/ B1 J! p/ Z3 N+ ?7 E
• Be good at reading/writing/Oral English and Mandarin;
1 k) d8 D+ b) m• Strong experience with internet and intranet based ATS (applicant tracking) and HRIS systems, preferably (PeopleSoft): A1 U& V* c: Q* u+ K
• Excellent in Word and Excel, strong analytical skill;5 f1 y8 P6 s7 T& W6 e" ~" b# i2 C0 W
• Responsible and reliable( f9 l/ c& @( A9 n$ X1 R
• To apply Recruitment Specialist: 3 to 5 years working experience in recruiting, headhunting and in-house HR recruitment will be preferred;) H2 j* e' n% ]% m3 M8 A
• To apply Recruitment coordinator: 1 to 2 years HR working experience;
